Part I: Split & Cut .Mod video files with Mod Converter

1. Download the MOD converter, and install.
2. Launch it after successfully installed. You will see the screen:

Highlight(select) the loaded .mod file. And click on the little icon 
at the right middle of the software screen. (When your mouse over the icon an alt info will show as "Split the selected file." ) The Video Editor will pop out. Press your mouse on the arrow red squared to change the start time and the end time. Press on the selected ruler, drag it to change the clip position.
5. Select the OutputFolder by clicking on the "Change..." button.
6. Choose OutputFormat. Just click on the arrows of the list box to choose. If you want to convert mod to AVI, then you may select AVI Format(*.avi). others just the same.
7. Click the 
button to begin conversion. Your can see the status:
After successful split cut .Mod files, the cutted splitted video file will be stored in the folder you have previously selected. Click "open" to find your converted files.
